a bit of my background:
After personal trauma and noticing a connection between body, breath, and the emotions that get stuck in our bodies, I took off to Mexico to study yoga and receive more in-depth training. Since then, I’ve facilitated numerous mindfulness-based therapy groups, witnessed the transformational healing process through community, dove deeper into mindfulness trainings, and guided clients back to themselves. I believe that the client-clinician relationship is most important and I advocate finding a therapist that aligns with you.

I use a blend of talk therapy, breathwork, yoga, and meditation to help connect the mind and body back together. When we blend these different modalities, trauma is released and the body, mind, and breath can come back to a baseline. Every session is meant to align with what you need at the moment. Clients describe me as compassionate, understanding, insightful, and confrontational when necessary. I believe in meeting you right where you are.

Your story is unlike any others, let’s give your story a voice.

NATURAL HEALING

for the mind & body

here are some of my areas of specialty:

Meditation

Meditation is “an invitation to turn ones’ awareness away from the world of activity”.

Somatic Therapy

Talk therapy through the lens of person-centered, with a blend of Internal Family Systems, mindfulness-based and somatic approaches.

Holistic Healing

A collective approach to integration of mind, body, and spirit.

Hatha

Slower pace of yoga with attention to breath & alignment.

Yin

Yin shapes are held 3-5 minutes to target deep connective tissue.

Restorative

Restorative shapes help you naturally drop into your parasympathetic nervous system, for ultimate relaxation.

“what really matters is to come back to the breath, with attention to your body & the present moment”
